PARCHAM Returns and Refunds Policy

At Parcham.ca, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Our team take pride in offering quality products, including flags, accessories, cultural items, and related merchandise. Please read our Returns and Refunds Policy carefully before placing an order.

By purchasing from Parcham.ca, you agree to the terms outlined below. 




Eligible Returns

We accept returns on eligible products that meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition and packaging, including any tags, labels, accessories, or included material.

  • Customers must submit the return request within the eligible return timeframe.

  • Products must not be final sale, clearance items, customized items, or otherwise listed as non-returnable.

Our team will inspect returned products after we receive them. If an item does not meet our return conditions, Parcham.ca may refuse the return or issue only a partial refund.




Return Timeframe

Customers must contact us within 14 days of receiving the order to request a return.

After we approve your return request, you must ship the item back to us within 7 days of receiving return instructions.

Please contact us before sending any item back. Parcham.ca may not accept returns sent without prior approval.




How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact us through our Contact Us page or email us with the following information:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Email address used for the order

  • Product name

  • Reason for return

  • Photos of the product, if the item arrived damaged or defective

After we receive your request, our team will review it and send return instructions if the item qualifies.




Return Shipping

Customers must pay return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Parcham.ca does not refund original shipping costs.

If your order qualified for free shipping, we will deduct a $7.99 shipping fee from your refund to cover part of the original shipping cost.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Parcham.ca is not responsible for returned packages that are lost, delayed, or damaged during transit.




Restocking Fee

Parcham.ca deducts a 20% restocking fee from the order value for approved returns.

This fee helps cover handling, inspection, packaging, and restocking costs.

The restocking fee applies to all standard approved returns unless the return is due to our error or the product arrived damaged or defective.




Refund Processing

After we receive and inspect your returned item, our team will notify you whether we approved your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to be processed after approval. Your bank, credit card provider, or payment processor may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

Parcham.ca will issue refunds after deducting any applicable charges, including:

  • 20% restocking fee

  • Original shipping cost

  • $7.99 shipping fee for free-shipping orders

  • Any other applicable deductions related to the return




Exchanges

We may accept exchange requests for eligible products, depending on availability.

Customers may request an exchange within 14 days of receiving the order.

If the requested replacement item is unavailable, we may offer a refund, store credit, or another suitable option.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs related to exchanges unless the exchange is required because the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.




Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and any visible damage.

After reviewing your claim, we may offer one of the following options:

  • Replacement

  • Exchange

  • Store credit

  • Refund

Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for replacement or refund.




Non-Returnable Products

Certain products are not eligible for return or refund, including:

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Opened or used face paint products

  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged, or used

  • Products returned without original packaging

  • Gift cards, if applicable

  • Any product specifically marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase

Personalized products may only qualify for return if they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.




Custom Orders

We make custom or personalized items specifically for each customer, so these products generally do not qualify for return, refund, or exchange.

However, if your custom order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what was approved or ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details.

Our team will review the issue and provide a fair solution where applicable.




Refused or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is refused by the customer, not picked up, or returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, the customer may be responsible for:

  • Original shipping charges

  • Return shipping charges

  • 20% restocking fee

  • Any carrier fees or handling fees

Please make sure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.




Order Cancellations

If you would like to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Parcham.ca can only cancel orders before our team processes or ships them. After we ship an order, customers must follow our regular return process.

Customers cannot cancel custom or personalized orders after production starts.




Sale and Promotional Items

Sale, promotional, clearance, and final sale items may not be eligible for return, refund, or exchange unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
